An Update !

Well, save up the introductory. I don't have to anyway.. :)

Life has been a total 180 degrees turn this year. Surprise, surprise, full of surprises !

First, I'm married. Yes, still coming in terms with it, slowly living up to that status, slowly adapting to that very status, still not fully used to it yet. ahahaa

People asked how's my life after marriage.

So far so good for me I guessed. I thought it will take some times before getting used to sleeping with my wife every night, but just after few nights, I'm liking it. Well, first and upfront, I've been sleeping alone for the past ..hhmm..10 years ? or more ? so previously when my wife, which was my girlfriend back then, sleeps over, its a torture for me, and for her also. Because I can't fall asleep I dunno why and keep tossing around, and when I finally gets to doze off, I woke up without barely an hour's sleep..just so not used to it..sighh...

Maybe also because previously we were squeezing ourselves into a single bed..hahaha...now we have a king size bed ! one of the best decision we've made !! hahahahahaha... although the mattress and bedframe itself has costed us almost 3K, but I think its definitely worth it ! cause nowadays we've always blamed for sleeping too much ! cham..hahahah...

Second, I'm expecting my first baby :) Its been 18 weeks now and counting. Our latest check up shows that its a baby boy. Happy ! but i know my mother might be a little dissappointed as she's expecting a baby girl. Oh well...its god's faith. hehehe..

Watching my wife's stomach growing day by day, its a peculiar feeling, yet heart-warming. Nowadays, she will ask me to talk to our baby every night, which is weird also talking to the stomach, but learning to do it too. It does feels like there's a connection. heheh..Furthermore, lately she is starting to feel the baby moving inside her. I felt it twice before also...very soft but i'm sure i didn't felt it wrong...hehehe..he seems naughty..!

Oh well, who's my wife ? I will spare her name here..hahaha.. I don't want her to be hunt down ! lets just associate her with ying! She's hhmmm..she's to be blame for my 180degrees life changing, but definitely for the good sake. She's adorable and I loves her, even more after we've wedded. Though she have mood swings complains at times, yet she's caring and understanding. Maybe I'm really a pain in the ass i guessed hahaha...

Career wise, I've got hits, and I've got rewards too. Let's just say, its not a bad year indeed. Though there's been some major disappointments...we thought we landed with a big high profile project, but turns out, it is a great project but definitely not a profitable project...sigh. We applied for grant, we thought we did not bad on presentation but our proposal was rejected after a series of effort and time. I guessed lucky lady is just not on our side...yet.

On the positive note, I've exposed to more experiences, done more presentations, met more new clients and faces and cunning faces, introduced to more paths, learning more and more. There's been an addition to the company's board, it was more of an effort to maintain at the beginning, with some miscommunications, but I believe we are slowly pulling through it, with trust and passion to success, set in our mind.

Am still sticking on with the band, Constellations Of Sparky. We've got 2 paid gigs so far and we've planning on our recording soon.

I guessed that sums up the highlights of the year !
